The owner of this company is a huge scam artist. I have spend $1,325 for Hair Extensions they advertise and sell as 100% Human hair which will last 4-6 months. I have lost my hair all together, and I was trying to get an appointment for maintenance to fix the problem. The company canceled my appointment 2X and they are refusing to help me. It lasted only one month!!! I want my money! Their responsibility is offer warranty for the product they sell and offer false advertisement. They have done the same exact thing to me in and the only reason I returned, is thinking they have changed their practices. Please help me to resolve this issue. $1,325 is a lot of many for a fake hair and horrible stylist and customer service practices. On top of that when I call and complaint, Jay is threatening me that he will call the police, calling me atrocious and rude names. Etc. I want the services done as it should be done or a full refund.
