Acai Reduce Trial is a SCAM

Order this trial on Oct. 2. Noticed right away the Acai Tracker site and the bonus site LifeStyle Shop were down! Called Oct. 4th to cancel my order b/c I thought I was being scammed. The rep. Promised the sites were being updated and asked me to please wait a few days and try them! On Oct. 8th, I received a call, told the rep I hadn't had a chance to try the sites but b/c I still hadn't rcvd. The trial product, just cancel my order! He didn't, instead charged my acct. 99.95! I called 10/11, was promised a credit! Called back on 10/19 was told it takes 10-15 days, called back and was told the credit wasn't issued until 10/19 so now please wait another 10-15 days. Called every week the entire month of 11 requested the credit issue be esculated to accounting, was promised each time it was... Nothing! Called today 11/29 (41 days) after the 10/19th date the credit was supposedly issued! I was asked to send in my bank statements... Not Happening! If their accounting dept. Issued a credit to an account and the monies were not rcvd., they would know it! I'm not sending anymore private information to a business that's already stolen from me! So instead I try finding information about the company... NOTHING! Every website is a false lead! If you complete the contact information and click send it fails to send each time! This is a complete scam and if it isn't, prove it and issue the credits you owe people... Then fire your entire accounting department and re-train every customer service rep. B/c all they do is talk excessively, meanwhile customer is charged, receives nothing and never issued a credit... Scam!
