Improper debits to credit card after cancellation

Just like complaint #8735 I was told my credit card would only be charged for shipping, but was charged $58.76 two weeks appart in the same month! This was after canceling the promotional trial offer only 30 min. After having signed up. I was told our account was closed but they kept sending and charging.
Made a registered return of the products sent, was told I'd receive a full credit, was given a confirmation number, etc., but after multiple phone calls on credits are being issued to card.
Also, by signing up for the trial offer the customer is unknowingly "slammed" into other bogus products with charges they are unaware they are being signed up for.
I also agree with #8735 that it's high time the State Attorney General's ofice shuts this scam down - I'll be calling them!
