Ordered free bottle of focus factor... Called the 800 # twice to cancel and tell them not to ship or bill me for any future shipments... Guess what? I got charged $159.85 and 2 nsf
I do not recommend using this company unless you have plenty of money to spare... 7 days to refund my account - bologna!
I insisted on a fedex check and was promised in 2 days - called the next day - now will be 2 more days... I may never get my money back — and this is my personal checking account!!!
To top it all off - the product is a hoax - does not work... Waste of time and money.
