I was told when I had my top plate replaced by Northside Dental that they would do free alignments for the life of the denture. I called today to make an appointment because my top denture is loose. And I discovered that they want to charge me $180. That is an outrage. Dentures are expected to become loose after you where them for about 3 to 4 months due to your gums getting used to the fit. I have warn dentures for almost 10 years and have never been charged for a realignment by the maker of the denture. Until now... What a crock
