I went on to the website 'cs@swisssciences.com' and ordered a trial offer of 'Pure Hooldia' at a cost of 3.95.

I was charged 4.01 plus 52.45 - this was queried with my bank, and they are looking into it.

I did not fill in any form authorising a charge of 52.45 - This was taken in US Dollars - and charged an axchange rate
