Discrimination

Carolina health care sytem discriminated against their employmee. They refused to let black be promoted althought the education and the experience is there. They treat them like trash. When you complain to the supervision or VP you are fired. I went to EEOC and was fired for this. Something need to be done about the way they treat their employee and their black patients. A federal investigation need to be done to get to the bottom of this complaints. I wish the NAACP would get involve in this issue. I'm tring to contact them to protect the hospital.
