Cigarest Quite smoking products I ordered their gum, didnt receive, and they sentme $100 worth of crap I didnt order and dont want

I reordered cigarest gum for stop smoking aid. The first time I ordered this product was with cigarest. When I reordered I had to go thru Greatlife TV.

I should have and I recommend others to check them out first like I should have, not thinking I would have any issues with them

When I recd the order today, and opened the package, the product I ordered was on the packing slip but not in the carton. There was 4 bottles of other items I didnt order in the box, and not the product I ordered. Worth probably $100.00. On the packing slip was the 4 items in the box and the gum, but no gum

I called the company, customer service and the lady told me to return them, and that I would have to pay the $8.50 return postage. I screamed that because it was their error I shouldnt have to pay the postage. She said I would because its company policy for returns.

There is a style here. I paid with pay pal, and they have my card number.

I see what they are doing here. They feel most people wont take the time to return the unwanted items. If they dont hear with in a certain time period they charge my pay pal account for items I didnt order I feel they do it on purpose.

I have checked out this company and their feed backs all state the same problem and they keep charging peoples accounts then comes the hasle of of the process for unauthorized use of the card with the card servers, and then it ties up funds unauhtorized until its settled.

I called pay pal and they said to work it out with them. And the only way I can block them is to get a new card that takes 5-10 weeks, or go thru the process of unauthorized use of the card, and have to wait until it happens.

I highly recommend not to deal with these people, I will not deal with them ever again. They have bad ratings feedbacks and remarks left by other people that have been had. They wont quit charging peoples accounts.

I will turn them over to the attorney general and take what measures I have to take to stop these thieves.
