Sent new supply 2 weeks early fraudulant billing can't return

This company is a fraud. They sent me a free sample and charged my card $4.95. The order was on Sept 30 and the product arrived October 3. The web site said they will send a new supply unless I cancel so that it will arrive before my current product expires.

They should have shipped the new product Oct 30 (to arrive Nov 2).instead they billed my card and shipped October 21 - 9 days early! They said the web site says "approximately 30 days". I told them it was deceptive and they said they would not take the product back.

I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company and the charges are being reversed.
