Ripoff

This company charged $399.95 to my account for a product I never received. Upon several attempts to get my money back I keep getting the run around. It has been over one year and I stil haven't got my money back. If anyone can advise me on what to do I would appreciate it. This is a major rip off company with a bunch of misfits employed there.
