Rose Nichols and Lip Ink International Inc. Did give me permission to use their brand in a legally binding contract. They even supplied the domain name (lipink.co.uk) and artwork to do so. But in 2009 this was withdrawn without warning or reason. I have since learned this is a common story with retailers throughout the world.
I have always supplied genuine Lip Ink products along with personal advice for their use. I run a small business based in the remote Highlands of Scotland and each customers satisfaction is vitally important to me, not just because thats good business, but because it helps me sleep at night.
