RMA I received a call from someone claiming to be an agent for Body Lean asking me if I would like to try thier product for free, all I had to pay was shipping and handling. So I agreed to that which was

I received a call from someone claiming to be an agent for Body Lean asking me if I would like to try thier product for free, all I had to pay was shipping and handling. So I agreed to that which was supposed to be around $5. I was then charged $159.90 on May 25th 10 days after I talked to them. Then they charged me another $139.90 on June 7th, after they first charged me I tried for days to get in touch with this company with no luck. I could only get a recorded message and finally someone answered the phone I asked him why did they charge me twice for a product that I have never recieved and the guy on the other end said I was supposeed to call and cancel ten days later if I did not want the product. So I explained to him that I never recieved anything to try out so and they rep that called told me I had 15 days to try the product then call to cancel. So how can I cancel something I have not tried then I asked why they had charged me twice. He gave me some bogus reason and said that he would immediately refund the $139.90 and that the package was enroute and once I got it to send it back to this address RMA KG500348, P.O. Box 190669, st. George, ut. 84791. And they would refund the other $159.90. I have since sent the package back on or around June 15th or 16th and have still not been refunded any of my money $299.80 total is what they took from me.
