After sending 5 e-mailsi finally got a reponse, assuring me that the lotion would be mail. I finally tried to stop payment to the bank but it was to late you can call the number on thier web page and

I order from this company on the 6th of june. After the 12th waiting for my lotion i sent them e-mails one after the the other telling them that the tracking number that they use was incorrect. After the 5th e-mail i finally got a smartass e-mail back telling me that the reason that they could not find my order through my e-mails was they did not have my name??? I assured them that i would stop payment anyway possible and i would let everyone on the internet web site that they are ripping people off. Money is hard and i know $ 39.00 dollars is not a lot of monney but it was mine and i worked hard for it. I feel like the better business bureau or someone should be able to make them shut down their web site. So no one else will lose thier money
