Pharmacy refills

I did so an internet refill request a "routine 4" medicine. Walgreen's stuffed it, my insurance-approved and taken care of it... Today the pharmacist is informing me that I can't get my prescription for 5 more times since I have "must" have 5 tablets quit. Is that this authorized in order for them to withhold a medicine that's been authorized and currently taken care of by my insurance provider? I've a duplicate from my insurance site that states the refill was authorized and taken care of 3 days before. The pharmacist stated that since this can be a "routine 4" (Provigil) arbitration he cannot launch it until 30 days in the last refill... Despite the fact that my insurance pays for replacements at 23 times. Can anybody provide me some guidance? I am so fed up with Walgreenis receiving SO MUCH cash from myself and my insurance! And yes, I'll be changing pharmacies following this
