Due to poor management and also Base Operations of Employer, was located, Out Of State. From shortage of Employees Road Technicians, the recieved "Calls" that they had taken in, exceeded the availibility of Road Techs. As " I " immediately discoverd after the first day working. Well, theyhad assumed that " we " or " I " knew my way around this Sonoma area. Which " I " informed them in the first introduction call, " I had with Jamie ". He identified himself as the 'Owner'. Anyways, as our coverage area was from Bodega Bay, Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and all the way to Sonoma, the town. Well, the initial first Five Days " I " worked, there were a few times that the Owner and I had "spoke" on Cell Phone and there were a few rude comments made By Jamie towards " I ". Mainly concerned the 'time' it took for " I " to arrive to a 'Customer' immediately coming from another 'Call' that was at, almost 53 miles away, and during a Weekday at mid-afternoon, as soon as "traffic" sometimes begun due to the "construction On N. Bound 101 and also S. Bound 101. So, as there were a few conversations that he and I had. And ended up with the first few "Rude Remarks" came from Owner first. "So there just came that Day", which I was not gonna continue to take that anymore. And that's when " I Quit "!!

The following day after I quit, I quickly called the "Dispatch Services" and asked for Jamie, they said, he was not available and they were Instructed to tell Me. If "I" asked for my Check", that I was too 'turn in my equipment' first, and then "my check will be mailed" following.

Well after about Two weeks, I forwarded a letter requesting for check. And No response or check. Then another letter I forwarded and same results.

By after a month past, dispatch personnel had totally quit well Two of the Individuals that I was familiar with they're Names. As the new people said, they had Quit.
