Lifekey - Enzyte Unauthorized charges on credit card Highly suspect account cancellation process

Same story as the other reports about Lifekey. They automatically rebill and reship their product, Enzyte, even after I cancelled my account. Their customer care number is very understaffed and I simply cannot reach a human to speak with.

I should not have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes to speak with someone, but I waited over an hour during business hours and still no answer. Basically, I cancelled my account so that I wouldn't be rebilled, and yet I was rebilled. Their cancellation form 96shoes.com (What the heck is 96shoes.com anyway? Why can't I cancell at enzyte.com, where my account is?)

This cancellation "form" looks highly suspect, completely lacking any phone numbers, emails, company specific information, no logos, etc. It also doesn't give you any confirmation number or reference number.

Its a scam people. Simply a scam. I cancelled my account on the same day I signed up and their cancell form returned a message that would not be rebilled. I was. So were hundreds of other victims. Beware!!
