Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing no response

I have been trying to deal with Pharmical/Rx Medical One for over a year now. I originally placed an order in October. The prescription was not approved by their "doctors."

My credit card was already charged at this point, even though I was not approved to receive their product. Obviously, I never received the product and was content with that, figuring that a refund was obvious and should never have been charged anyway.

I have tried to have contact with this company both online and once someone did actually telephone me. Each message I was told the matter was being passed along and several times they told me it was taken care of. 99% of the communication was by my initiation.

I have not been able to get a response from anyone in the company since May. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, who sent two letters to the company, neither of which were responded to. I am questioning even the validity of their physical address. Meanwhile, a year later my credit card has been charging me late fees from this transaction. What originally started out as $80 is now over $300 (the credit card company would no longer waive the fees after six months)

I am appalled at the way this company is handling their business. Obviously their employees have no personal integrity or morals. I wonder how they would feel if this happened to them?
