False representation. Billing. Charging resignation fees, billing for months after contract expires

Urban fitness doesn't represent their contract. I would have never signed had I known the fact there is a fee charged when you quit, and they then continue to bill you for 2 months even after you quit! I caught it and am disputing the claim and disallowing my credit card from giving those scumbags any more money. Christ why isn't it legal to kill the owners of Urban Fitness? It's legal for them to steal from us.
