Clu #00216 Failure to deliver services paid for in advance

On October 24th I joined 24hr Fitness 954-755-1550. At the time I weighed in at 138 lbs. And was interested in gaining some muscle mass to compliment my small stature. I paid for 14 physical trainer sessions, big mistake. The trainer assigned to me missed my schedule for 2 weeks straight. I was new to weight lifting and wanted to be coached on proper methods and techniques in order to maximize my investment. I paid nearly $800.00. The trainer, Saul, could barely keep to my schedule which was agreed to by Clevland Benning at the signing of the contract. There were days when the trainer wouldn't show up and wouldn't call. Then just around Thanksgiving he stopped showing up period. I became quite upset. I have spoken to the customer support line NUMEROUS times. I have spoken to the Gym Manager, the Trainer manager (don't recall his name) and its always the same thing, "I am sorry, I will look into it and get back to you." What I had envisioned was a trainer would understand my goals and direct me toward them. But that isn't the case. When Saul did show up it was do this now do that. Never any real training. I should have been set up on a routine, counseled on diet, etc. Never. They took my money and I want it back they still owe me 4 training sessions. But I want ALL of my money back! I still go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week (schedule permitting). Not once has any one stopped to speak with me about the issue. Not once has the 800 line returned my calls to address my concerns. I have been ripped off and I want my money back.
