Our problems began with Monarch over this past year, I had been recommended that I required a heavy size cleaning-which I had been in contract with then I had been informed would want overhead also nicely the main canal was finished, I had been informed I really could not make use of a cheaper substance whilst the dentist wouldn't do the overhead easily did so after many calls 2 various workplace supervisors who assured they'd assist double-billing today with selections, a region supervisor or possibly 2 I've spoken with a lot of even if I returned for additional therapy work Supervisor didn't actually consult with me-she delivered among the top assistant back again to clarify payment, and so I truly think they're a trash dental business who care purely by what workplace makes one of the most cash, And So I won't utilize them again & I still do not have a but I obtain a Selection Notice each week stating that I owe about $1000.00 after I'd 2 dental insurances every spend over a 1100. Xx that they state hands down the inspections they delivered back & obviously insurance claims we didn't obtain a return, plus I paid about 600.00 outofpocket, All for aRoot Channel, Oh did I note next time I returned they'd the nerve to preparation me again for another Root Canal, this is actually the Denton workplace I never had issues at the additional practices I applied.
