Charging my account without permission

Somebody had named supplying a free trial offer of Body Trim 2. They all-they request is the fact that you contact them in 2-3 weeks to tell them the way you such as the product. Checking my bank account a couple of days late they'd billed $79.95 to my consideration without my permission. When I named customer support they stated that whenever you take the trial you're accidentally accepting to some account by which you accept spend $79.95 per month for every item they send to you. I never decided to no such garbage, or might I! I questioned the cost with my lender and that I allow the corporation understand additionally they DON'T have authorization to cost my consideration for-anything and they'll return my cash or show-me wherever I closed or or let me pay attention to a saving where I decided in basic conditions for this 'membership'. For people who were incurred facility costs and had difficulties with their lender over this I'd reccomend getting them to small-claims court. I have no idea how these folks sleep during the night.
