BodyPlex Gym Threatened, Dishonored Contract, Completely Disrespected!

This guy, Lonnie, Lorenzo, Lon Barclay, is a F"ing Jerk! Extremely disrespectful, crooked and no business sense.

I've been in the Fitness Industry for over 18years. Have worked with thousands and even a few pro athletes. My resume'/reputation is flawless and well known from NC, SC, GA, and AL in the Fitness Industry.

I relocated my family from southside Atlanta to the North side of 285I because of a great business opportunity with the previous owner of BodyPlex Gym in Dawsonville Ga in about November. Great People, great town, great gym. Then in February after only 4 months, a new guy is standing behind the desk, and I assume he is a new staff/front desk, but he states he is the new owner. I'm flabbergasted, but attempt a "sit down" with him and my companies rep, since we all had a contract with the previous owner of the gym to do business there. Lorenzo Barclay was very arrogant, loud, and completely had no business understanding of how to run a health club let alone honor or at least respectfully modify our agreement.

Lorenzo Barclay consistently used Profanity in front of female employees. Made crass, disrepectful jokes towards myself and other members. He even had the undertones of racial biasness to put it lightly. As a result of this guy repeated disrepectful, unruly comments and after he unprovokingly said "get the F* out of my gym" (eventhough contractually I was obligated to be there) with 4 female employees present, I left, unemployed with no place to go work wise within the state of Ga within my company.

This situation was abrupt and devastating to myself and family. As we had vested much time, finances and energies setting up a living there. I am not the type to put in such a Report, normally I roll with the punches and keep things moving, but this is one of those rare occassions where someone/i.E. Law enforcement, needs to step in and seriously remove this guy from being able to effect so many lives/members/staff in such a negative way. There must be some Devine plan for this guy, because it amazes me, completely amazes me, that he has not been physically harmed from all of the verbal, and economic damages he has caused!
