On 3/22 I ordered a trial period of acaioptimun, I received the product and tried it and canceled on 3/30. When I cancel I did it online. I received a confirmation via email. This morning upon checking my account I noticed a charged of 79.98 from acaioptimun, I called and was told that I hadn't called to cancel.in their terms i said that you could cancell either by email of phone, I am a 60 yr old disabled person. Is there anyway you can help me with this.
