Several Grievances: First, they provide automated regular replacements for frequently applied medications - nevertheless, you-go about the planned day plus they search for your medications and "cannot locate them." Not a couple of times but each time! Next, I ultimately terminated their "automated refill" (laugh). While my prescription ended, they assured me that in twenty four hours they'd obtain a refill from my physician. I gave them 48 hours. Well, they stated my physician never answered for their fax... You know what! They sent a demand to my physicians telephone support without any fax connected. Discuss inexperienced. I've lots of patience... I'm a trainer and use kids every single day but this really is beyond patience, it is mess. Along with all this, they're discourteous and rude! Incredible.
