Adam chose to work on personal business and do nothing for our business. Cut us out and shared nothing with us even though we keep asking for accounting documents.

We now are doing our own accounting to back-track what MP Fitness/Boxervate has done.

The checks written to invest in Boxervate and the company was terminated without notification. Wrote checks to MP Fitness and illegally changed them.
