Eyepothesis listed a trial size cream, for under eye dark circles for shipping charge of 2.87? It sounded O. K, try it for 8 days'. Not after 8 days' you would automatically be included in their club & have 78.41 taken out of your bank for? More product? We'll see.

The verbiage is very misleading and as I understand, keeps on giving; "monthly fees".

Haven't the American people been screwed enough, we should have a "Class Action Suite", and make this and other companies accoutable for their deceptive practices.

Is the Attorney General, Colorado, just going to limit eyepothesis sales, to outside Colorado? If thats true, why not stop the company from any sales or to change their policy verbiage??
