Received item in email. I thought it was a "free" test however it was not free. They charged my bill $92 inside a day or two of getting the merchandise. I ended my restoration instantly. Obtained a RMA # to come back the unopened test container to get a complete refund on 1/4/10. DON'T OPEN THE CONTAINER if you like a return. They received my return on 1/14/10. Nowadays is 2/24/10 plus they nevertheless haven't repaid my bill.interesting how... They are able to impose my consideration in only a few times however it requires weeks to pay. Tried calling them today. They're presently experiencing "complex issues" and so I quit a speech communication on 877-407-6342. The concept stated that they'll return my phone within 48 hours.
