Doctors mistake

I went in for my annual check up. The doctor took some blood work and told me that the result came back as a fault positive a few days later. They said i had to come back in to do the blood work over. I went the second time to take the blood work, after a few day i didn't hear anything so i called the office and the lady on the other line told me oh yes your result came back and everything is OK, less than a week later the nurse Alicia called me back to say that they made a mistake and they draw the blood work for the wrong thing, and i need to come back in again to take it over. I was very upset because they kept telling me one thing and then a few days later they were telling me another, and the worst part is that each time i went they were charging my insurance.
