Bajapharmacy.com, Baja Pharmacy Shut Down For Breaking the Law

Baja Pharmacy took my order on Jan 25. I paid by credit card so I could recover my money if there was a problem. On Feb 1 I emailed Baja Pharmacy to ask when the order shipped. They don't answer their emails (or their phones). I wrote a followup email threatening to file a dispute with my credit card company if they don't answer my email. I got a call within 10 minutes, so apparently they read their email, they just don't answer. They said they were canceling my order because I was "too much trouble". They hadn't shipped the order after 8 days. They blamed Mexican Holidays.

I filed a complaint with the FDA, and with http://www.legitscript.com / LegitScript, a pharmaceutical watchdog site, had bajapharmacy.com shut down within a few hours. So they were right about me being too much trouble, but I wouldn't have been any trouble if they had shipped authentic medication within a day or two of my order.

They were worse than dope dealers. At least a dope dealer gives you actual product for your money, and they deliver immediately, answer their phone, etc.

Look for bajapharmacy.com to resurface. Report them to http://www.legitscript.com/
Keep them off the internet.
