Though we informed our broker that people didn't wish to continue our expiring term life guidelines, these were extended anyhow with excessive price increases. Because of our negligence, LBL removed an enormous amount of cash from our bank account utilizing the automated distributions put up for that expiring guidelines and didn't deliver us any claims to let's understand it was occurring.
