The luxurious rider is just a $40 per month elective perspective / reading and dental driver. The medical card I obtained has got the Luxurious Driver included onto the finish of the program name. The published info says nothing about that strategy being given by every other insurance provider. The only real quantity about the card may be the one for Secure Capabilities. AFTER checking with my perspective providor, and being informed they take Secure Perspectives, the calim was switched in and declined by Secure Perspectives, since it should visit another insurance provider (the main one who manages the perspective program). Just it's a business not called in virtually any literature, plus one the physician's workplace never heard about and doesn't fit in with. Today the $400 bill I've continues to be declined, since based on Secure Horizons "they" do not protect perspective and also the providor should document the state with another insurance provider - under a Safe Horizons Member Quantity. BE INFORMED - THE DELUXE RIDER IS JUST A FRAUD OFFERED UNDER DECEPTIVE AND FALSE REPRESENTATION BY SECURE CAPABILITIES!
