My Daughter suffers with severe mouth Ulcers, after trying various remedy in the UK, I decided to try the internet and found The Dental Zone, or Save your Smile which was advertising a product to help with mouth ulcers.

I have never ordered over the internet before, but everything seemed genuine and I ordered Mouth Ulcer Products and paid by credit card.

I kept telling my daughter that the items would arrive soon and hopefully they would alleviate the pain she suffers from these ulcers. This was on the 13th May, I have written but to no avail. I then tried the internet to find out if I had any rights and came across your site. I wish I had known about it before. I shall never order anything over the internet again, and I can't believe that these people are still allowed to advertise on the internet. I hope that they are stopped, and heavily fined. It would be nice if all the victims of this "joke", were refunded!
