My mother took my dog as an emergency to this hospital. The primary vet briefly looked at my dog and told her she should take her to urgent care immediately. Upon reviewing the final charges my mother noticed they were charging her for a shot that she never saw neither the vet nor any other nurse do. My mother questioned this charge for a shot that was never given and the primary vet began screaming at my mother, telling her to get the f* out, and calling her several other defamatory names in Spanish. This was the biggest lack of respect and professionalism my mother ever incurred. I suggest anyone who has a problem with their animal go across the street to PxxSxxxx or any other animal clinic they could find.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
