Premium white pro appears to be a leader ushering in the new way these free trials will operate. According to their own website, the FREE TRIAL will cost you accordingly:

" Membership Fees. Upon registering, providing the requisite Registration Data and ordering the Premium White ™ Products, the credit or debit card that you provided during registration or updated at a later date ("Active Credit Card") will be charged a non-refundable Processing fee of Two Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($2.95). As special gift we will send a one (1) month supply of Premium White™ Products directly to your home. Five days after the date you order, you will be charged One Hundred Twenty Six Dollars and Forty-Two cents ($126.42) non-refundable for joining our one year our Member program. As a Member, for the next 12 months you can request a 30 DAY SUPPLY OF Premium White™ at any time and only pay Shipping and handling of Four Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($4.95)."

YIKES!!! If u have recently ordered a trial and it's within 5 days, please RUSH to the phone! CANCEL THIS and record the conversation or if u use their contact us link and do a live chat, print it out (if u call make sure to declare the date!) hand over to ur bank immediately! If they charge anyhow u can do a chargeback!!!

AND THAT'S NOT ALL!!! U think, well, ok, they got me for 130 buck, but i can order this at any time and no more additional charges, right? WRONG!!! If u chose an option for the tray (which, who wouldn't need a tray, right?) Here's what will happen next.

"Optional Offers - Premium White Tray™. Accepting this optional offer for Premium White Tray™, while ordering the Premium White™ Product, the credit or debit card that you provided during registration or updated at a later date ("Active Credit Card") will be charged after the thirty five (35) day Trial period is over, your Active Credit Card will be charged the monthly Membership fee of Forty-Eight Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($48.92) ("Monthly Fee")."

YIKES!!! So, YES they do get a high dollar monthly membership ON TOP of that yearly $125 after ur 5 day "trial" (PS - that is 5 days from THE DATE THAT YOU ORDER!!! IT TAKES 7 DAYS TO GET THE PRODUCT, SO U ARE CHARGED BEFORE U EVER EVEN GET IT. CAN I ASK THE OBVIOUS? HOW IS THIS A TRIAL?!?!)

Now, it does say that you have 30 days to return this "tray", so if u got that RUSH to cancel that too!!!

Now, a very confsuing part about this is that they also tell you that you may not participate in a class action lawsuit, and if you do, then you must remove yourself

"To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have against Premium White™ and its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives and assigns. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit. You agree to pay the attorney’s fees and court costs that Premium White™ incurs in seeking such relief."

NOW WHO ARE THEY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT? AND THEY ALSO STATE THAT YOU MUST STOP SUCH A LAWSUIT IF YOU KNOW ABOUT IT?!?! WHAT in the world is that crap?! So, by signing up for a trial, you must then become a solider for the premium white army?!?! LOL, this is the most original terms and conditions I have ever read. PLEASE, proceed with CAUTION! Cancel ur memberships asap, record ur conversations, so if they attempt to withdraw money after cancellation, you can do a chargeback!
