On July 22 I obtained a hair relaxer in one of the hair-care expert within the Ulta salon. The first discussion went nicely and so I thought that I'd have the ability to trust this stylist. This presumption turned out to be an enormous error. I received several chemical burns to my head because of the stylist walking away and addressing a telephone call in the centre of my support (for individuals who aren't acquainted with hair relaxers, there's a little screen of period that the relaxer may approach; if it remains on ur hair too much time, it may lead to discomfort and head burns) Since chemical burns aren't completely noticeable until after twenty four hours, I had been unaware of the intensity; nevertheless when I completely analyzed the degree of my burns I named the salon quickly to consult with the supervisor Michelle. To include insult to damage, Michelle wasn't prepared to provide me a complete compensation so when I confirmed her my head and images she appeared significantly less than worried. The only path that I obtained all my money-back, was to contact ulta headquarters (four-times) and consult with christian who subsequently needed to contact the store-manager to drive them to provide me a return. I'm certainly surprised and ashamed in the proven fact that I, the client, am burned from the neglectful stylist after which declined compensation.inSANE!!!
