How do they do this to people and get by. I have called this company numerous times and get no where. My computer was hacked thru Facebook. I did not order this product. But because they got my name and card number they say I ordered it. Having family in the hospital I did not get to look at my bank card statement until past there time frame for returning a product (i never received). If I want them to give me a tracking number I can tract down and that is all they have to offer. I do not understand. My card information was on my computer and I had looked at there web-site prior to the charge but did not order the product. I have asked for proof that I ordered from my computer and they can not provide this for me. If you have ever used your computer to order anything some how they can get your card information. DO NOT go to there web for anything. I have asked for a full refund and have contacted my bank about a dispute. I have never written on a company before but this company is truly ripping off people and the vicitim has no one to help. Please beware and stay away from this company
