Free trial costly and scammy

Do not-i repeat do not oreder from this company. It took me 7 days to receive the product, did not have a chance to use it, called to cancel on the 10th day of "free trial" only to be told that the "10th" day was actually in their world the 11th day-even though their confirmation told me i had until the day i called to cancel with charges being incurred. They gave me an return merchandise authorization form via e-mail to return the product to them, but only if unused in any way. The supervisor came on to tell me they would reduce the price to 19.95 if i kept it, but i declined since i don't do business with scam artists-at least not intentionally anyway. I will return it and dispute the credit card charges, but i wanted people to be aware of their strange far eastern way of computing time. Just stay away, you're better off without the hassle of these people. I will follow up with the outcome of the return as other people have had trouble with this as well.
