Charged my credit card for a product I did not order and now there phone is disconnected so you are unable to reach them

This company charges cost of a product that was not ordered and I have no way to stop the charges from my account. They have shut the phones off so you can not call to try to get this resolved. They also have a parent company called GROCERY that charges you and the phone number they give is a person in Canada. It must be driving them nuts recievibg all the calls from the people that have been scamed.
