They offer a free trial for 14 days which begins the day of shipping and then re-bill your credit card without notice

I saw this product and what is said about releaving the joint problems of my old German Shepard. They offered a 14 trial at a cost of just S/H of $3.95. With in 9 days of reciept of the product my credit card was billed for $79.95 with a auto debit each month.
I called the company to ask how they could bill me before the trial was over and was told it began the day of shipping and since it too 5 days to be delivered I had exhausted my trial period and should of read the terms and conditions.
Of course the T/C were not on the actual invoice nor were you directed to them in the ad for the product. At the very bottem I found them and yes I found it interesting in the well hidden and worded T/C everything they said was true. Shame on me right.
I called back wanted a refund was given a refund number and email address which did not work, second call was made and told the system is down for the weekend as i called on a Friday, Monday still no email serivce called again given another email address also did not work. Called again told it would work on Friday. It finally did and the wrote back saying I was out of luck ad I could not even return the product which did not even work.
In stead of just being upfront with the T/C they hid them and then claim buyer beware so having learned this I am warning anyone not to do business with this company.
