Failure to uphold their clients

Among their contracted companies, Radiology Assciates if Indiana, didn't document a state. Cigna informs me that under their agreement, they CAn't return on me for that costs. They did and Cigna supplied no aid with my protection, simply to inform me that I don't owe the costs. Rad Butt lawyer claims "the agreement doesn't imply something." Apparantly Cigna seems exactly the same way. They'll simply take your rates and that is it... Cheers Cigna, your a credit for your business.
