They state in their FAQ, completely different or contradicting info. They say they will contact your doctor but then dont even try and send you a non-prescription but charge you the prescription price. If you open it, you have been ripped off!
Here is my converation with their "lovely" online chat person. I was stubborn enough to get a "refund" (supposedly) but I guess they just act rude to other ppl and tell them that they cant have any money back! They need to be shut down!
