I purchased a trial size order of Ultra Fresh Well teeth whitening toothpaste for $1.95 online. I received the toothpaste. Two weeks later, my account was billed $87.62 twice. I called to cancel, but still received another shipment. I ultimately had to cancel that VISA/Debit card to avoid any further charges. The bank explained that these types of disputes are very difficult to win.
