Never refunded my purchase, never returned emails or letters, even after I returned the unused portion

I ordered a 2 month supply of the product for $69.95 PLUS postage. I consumed 3 weeks' supply without results. I had a question and tried to call the number given with out success. I then posted the UNOPENED months' package plus the remaining weeks' worht from the first container back to the company with a letter explaining that I was unhappy with the product and as per the PROMISED 30 money-back gaurantee, I wanted a full refund, minus the postage of course.
I have also sent 2 emails to the company, no reply. I have actually not received any correspondence from the company what-so-ever and no refunded money.
