Unauthorized charges

I'm getting married in 10 months and wanted my teeth whiter. I filled out the form for Dazzle White trial offer for $1.95 instead of $4.95. Before I hit the "send" button, I had a gut feeling not to order it. I then erased all my info and cancelled out of their website.

To my surprise I received a tube of Dazzle White. My credit card was charged $4.95 instead of $1.95 I was confused as to how they got my information when I deleted it and never sent it to them!

Then I received 3 more tubes. I called the company, explained the above and "Iris" informed me that she will issue a credit of $79.28 because I called within 30 days of receiving the product, something which was never ordered in the first place!!
