Museum Mile Plastic Surgery Center Surgeon promised longlasting results for facial fat graftin, 5-7 years but did not care when results were gone after only 8-9months

Dr Kornstein is a maestro at his art of bait and switch. He has found a way to feed off his patients insecurities and drives a hard sell, using trust alongside what he calls his "perfectionism" to allure patients.
I was promised a 5-7 year lifespan on the procedure he suggested I should have-fat grafting to my face-when in reality the results starting to seriously dissipate after only about 6-8 months. What he also had not told me was that the face would unevenly deflate, leaving som areas much more inflated than others.
That I originally consulted with him for a rinoplasty, a rhinoplasty that was performed alongside the fat grafting, where Dr Kornstein again assured me of the EXACT results of how the shape of my new nose would look. I was asked to bring a picture of the nose I wanted and upon doing so, Dr Kornstein said he could give me that nose exactly. Needless to say it did not happen. The nose is not straight, and there is a depression by my left nostral as well as a piece of the tip that has extra cartiledge that was not evenly removed on both sides of the nose.
There is no restitution with Dr Andrew Kornstein the perfectionist. He refuses to go back and fix what he did not get right the first time UNLESS you agree to add on a totally new procedure he can bill you for...
