Bally's has rented their pools towards the Foreign Swimming Colleges and decreased the changing times and counters readily available for their people. The pools are now actually full of yelling children and urine. Due to their bankruptcy, they're doing something feasible to create revenue in the cost of the account. People CAn't swimming at their discretion and therefore are susceptible to the swimming rent.
