Anti reflective coating on glasses failing

I requested spectacles using the anti reflective layer (that they stated might enhance quality). About six months later, the spectacles began blurring and so I delivered towards the JC Penney Optical Dept. And was informed the anti reflective layer was declining. Then I had been informed that I'd to-order and purchase fresh contacts. I questioned why I'd to cover total fresh contacts when their solution was declining. Only a wave of the neck and questioned basically desired to purchase fresh contacts. I said, no. Named JCP Corporate office and was informed they rent that room out to US Perspective and also to contact them. And so I did. I had been advised to deliver the spectacles back again to them-so they might decide if certainly the layer was declining.in that case, they'd substitute them, or even, I'd to purchase fresh contacts. (What do you consider the chances of alternative happening) I stated I'd attended the shop plus they stated the layer was declining after which I questioned how I had been suppose to operate a vehicle and sometimes even notice easily delivered the spectacles back. They stated that was the only real choice. And so I named JCP Corporate back plus they stated they'd no state over how people Perspective addresses customer support. I mentioned I've usually looked at JCP and as a result of this I'd never store within their shops again. They did not appear to treatment when they dropped a person. I inquired easily could easily get my $65 I taken care of the layer back and was advised no. Therefore for $65, JCP has dropped a person forever. The Picture Dept. Can also be rented out. When you have obtained great customer support from JCP, don't visit the Visual Department.
