New England Cryogenic Center's staff and medical doctor failed to abide by the FDA's sperm regulations by accepting 84 samples of specimen from a European (Portuguese) donor.
The company is also at fault for unethical conduct by failing to honor donor Yago de Quay's contract. NECC thus owes this donor compensation for $3,160.00 worth of unpaid sperm specimens.
