They are a complete fraud. They have no address-My lawyer has tried to send a letter and twice it has come back

I ordered my "free" bottle of acai berry and I paid shipping of $3.95. Less than a week later this company took $88.95 out of my account for 1 bottle of their pills. I called the same day & said they wern't authorized to debit my account and to return the money asap. I returned the bottle they sent me by 2 day mail. That was on April 22,09.
After speaking with their customer service on at least 7 occasions and getting 7 stories on why I haven't gotten my money, I called my lawyer. He has sent a letter to the same address I shipped the pills to and the letter has come back twice. I have asked for the name of the President ot CEO of the company repeatedly and have been told they don't give out that information.
This company is set up in a fraudulant way. On the website it says they have 24 hour customer service. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I was cut off/hung up on. The only way I got a phone number is because they had to give it to my bank.
It is now September 16, (5 months) and they still have my money and they are still operating as a company.
