Lense bifocal measured incorrectly-to high

A few months before I'd my contacts changed; I've not had the opportunity to put them on since the bifocal is excessive. The shop individual stated that the lense was calculated improperly, but I'd need to purchase the alternative (under warrantee) since it have been over 30 times. Occasionally it requires time for you to get accustomed to spectacles, I realized that the bifocal point pieces right over the middle of my attention the shop employees decided and remeasured. Thirty days? Think about the "we're unhappy before you are" poster published within the shop? I ought to get a $30 buck discount to cover the lense replacement.
